PRODUCT TYPES AND SPECIFICATIONS

1. BCF CARPET YARN TYPES

  • Polypropylene (PP) BCF Yarn: The most widely used carpet yarn. Highly preferred in area rugs and wall-to-wall carpet production due to its cost-efficiency, stain-resistant, and easy-to-clean nature.
  • Polyester (PET) BCF Yarn: Stands out in luxury segment carpets with its superior soft touch (hand-feel) and bright appearance. Extremely resilient to abrasion.
  • Fancy (Frize / Heat-set) Yarns: Applied with a high-temperature twisting (heat-set) process to give the yarn extra volume, resilience, and a matte/aesthetic texture. Especially used in high-pile and modern carpets.

  • Denier Range: Wide production flexibility ranging from 1200 Denier up to 5000 Denier.
  • Color Options: Along with our rich standard color catalog, custom color matching is provided through our dedicated Masterbatch Laboratory based on customer samples.
  • Processing Options: * Intermingled (Choked): Custom node frequencies providing seamless weaving operations.
    • Twisted: Single-ply or multi-ply twisting combinations tailored to industrial needs.
    • Monocolor & Tricolor: Solid single-color choices or tricolor configurations combining three distinct tones in a single yarn for modern melange effects.

2. POLYPROPYLENE (PP) INDUSTRIAL AND TECHNICAL YARN TYPES

  • High Tenacity PP Yarn: Extra-resistant to breakage and friction; engineered specifically for industrial sewing threads, slings, and narrow webbings.
  • Low Shrinkage PP Yarn: Ideal for technical textile applications requiring high dimensional stability, maintaining its form under thermal treatments.

  • Additive Options: * UV Stabilized: High resistance against sunlight and weathering (ideal for outdoor textiles).
    • Antistatic: Special formulation preventing static electricity buildup.
    • Flame Retardant: Flame-retarding properties for safety-critical and high-specification projects.
  • Physical Structure: High, medium, or low intermingled (choked) or twisted production according to customer demand.
